Hey, y'all! I am a busy mama navigating this wild postpartum life one glass of wine at a time. Cheers! Although I was raised in the Washington, DC suburbs, I have completely embraced my southern roots and have loved living in the south for the past 10 years. Being a college basketball coach wife has lead us all over the southeast, but we've recently landed in Virginia and are loving small-town living. As a former Corporate Event Producer and Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I love being creative and helping people; sounds basic, I know, but it's true! I have a passion for helping women (I see you, exhausted mama) to feel their best (gut health, intermittent fasting, carb cycling are just some of my faves) and helping other women find their confidence (hello self-care and 5 min makeup)!
